How does the booking process work?

We automatically reschedule rain-affected jobs at no charge. You'll be contacted as soon as possible to book a new date that works for you.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Yes, a customer or authorized adult (18+) must be present during the entire service for communication and final approval of the work.
What tools and materials do I need to provide?
You provide most materials/parts for your project (paint, lumber, plants, etc.). Our team brings basic hand tools. We provide power tools, ladders, and specialized equipment. If you'd like us to purchase materials/parts, we have options.
How do the subscriptions work?
Clubs include free completion guarantees and other benefits. Benefits apply to all jobs shopped while your membership is active.
