Eligibility Requirements

Age Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years old

High school students preferred (We still take in older contractors for jobs like Tool Coordinators)

Tool Requirements:

Must have basic tool kit:

  • Work Gloves

  • Hammer (16oz claw hammer)

  • Tape Measure (25ft minimum)

  • Box Cutter / Utility Knife

  • Pliers (Combo)

  • Adjustable Wrench

  • Basic Drill/Driver

  • Basic Drill Bit Set

  • Tool Bag / Tool Belt

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds

  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather

  • Able to stand, bend, and work for 3-6 hours

  • No fear of heights (ladder work)

  • Clean appearance

Character Requirements:

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Honest and trustworthy

  • Professional attitude with customers

  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions

  • Clean background (no theft/violence history)

 

Availablity & Transportation

  • Available for weekend work

  • Flexible afternoon/evening hours during school

  • Full availability during summer/breaks

  • Reliable transportation to job sites

  • Valid driver's license preferred (not required)

Tool Coordinator Requirements:

  • Age 18+ with valid California driver's license

  • Reliable vehicle (truck/SUV/van preferred for tool capacity)

  • Clean driving record (no major violations, DUI, etc.)

  • Available weekdays 8am-6pm for tool runs (weekends available)

  • Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs (pressure washers, ladders)

  • Clean background (no theft/violence history)

  • Working GPS / Smartphone
